Have you ever seen anything this cute? These adorable little marshmallow snowmen make me feel like Mrs. Claus this Christmas. I feel like my hot chocolate game is on a whole other level!
Now a full on disclaimer, this is not my original idea – I actually found the idea from here! But I couldn’t help but try and replicate this and show my work because I am absolutely in love with how cute they are!
These little guys took me 10 minutes to make, and although the original instructions said to dip the marshmallows in a mixture of powdered sugar and cornstarch, I was lazy and just used icing sugar. And the reason they look just a tad dry is because I let the icing air-dry for a few hours. However, after testing them, they melted beautifully in the hot cocoa without issue.
