It may only be February and the earth is still covered in snow, but in my heart it’s spring! Just kidding, that sounds insane. Legitimately though, I am using everything I have, to try and add a bit of greenery and brighten up the house! I’ve always wanted one of those beautiful centerpieces that people just look and admire, but truth be told, never had the budget for it! What I made below was all done via coupons, or sales and I believe you can achieve the same!

Gather Your Supplies
The first step, is gathering the items you need. I ended up getting: lamb’s ears stems on amazon, re-used some blue berry twigs that I got at the dollar store, and 2 mini leafy stems from Michael’s, I had LED candles from previous decorations lying around (but you can use any candles you like), and of course the actual container to hold it all – which in my case I used the Michael’s 40% coupon on – and got it for less than 15$!

Start the Layout
You want to start by laying out your florals to extend outward. In my case, I used the lamb’s ear on both edges, and then started alternating greenery over top.

Try and spread the stems out to be ‘fluffier’, that way it feels like the greenery is very full.

The last step, is just placing the candles in the middle, and don’t be afraid to bend and move those stems around. It’s a bit of a trial and error to make each centerpiece look perfect, so don’t be afraid of making a mistake!

There you have it! An elegant, simple (and frugal!) spring centerpiece to bring some brightness into your home!
